The partriarchy of humans who want to pay ME tribute. Some say I steal men's souls and make them my slaves. I think the same can be said of all religions. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

And it WASN'T a derailing. She made reference to Symphony of the Night, which is about a son rebelling against his father's regime in which males hold the positions of power (Dracula, Shaft, Death, etc) and the females are nothing more than succubus, fairies and maidens in distress, except for Maria, who's not playable in the original version anyway. Alucard crushes the patriarchy far, far more effectively than these internet social justice warriors. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between. Just one not-angry thought: The reason we have a "patriarchy" is because males employ traits that females do not. Two alternatives are possible: 1.) A matriarchy: For that females would have to employ the same traits males do now, effectively making no difference at all in the end. 2.)
