Spark has a high damage range so he got dozens of unlucky sparks in a row. Mapmods included:
fleet + onslaught which equaled 50% movement, cast speed 3 additional projectiles which scales the best with vaal spark(x4 the number of sparks). The exile also decided to run towards him then do an extremely fast warp due to 50% movement/cast(they stack with lightning warp). The warp was a crit that shocked him. He said "I just instantly died", probably just a problem hearing him. I dont think he was using a topaz, but yeah he got lightning warped onto while the exile seems to be using what looks like vaal spark (with extra projectiles map mod). Judging by his reaction time I think a topaz might have actually helped him =P
