If it's recharging slowly, it's because it applied as life regen by Ghost Reaver. For the mid-leveling, it's hard to find a decent ES chest. They are all relly good items, and it's hard to say which item comes before others. I mean, everyone has different play style, and you need to grab an item that suits you best in your situation. Since our goal is to get crazy dps, I suggest grabbing Loath Bane first.
