SRS is a such a grey area to me - many people would classify it as summoner because of taking the minion nodes, in addition to that the minions will attack whilst you aren't summoning if they are still active.

Whilst on the other hand, you literally do nothing but summon a skill that is self-cast and can be supported by spell-echo gems.

I guess.. But you have to admit that it's much further away from being a summoner than a caster. A summoner has minions that act as a meat shield and take aggro away from you. A SRS character does not have that luxury, they are the ones being attacked. SRS is weird in that the only way to boost dps is by 1) taking minion nodes and 2) taking cast speed nodes so that the CASTER can CAST them quicker. :)

SRS is definitely a spell caster in my book.

13k ES CI reaver with 200k> dps

Not my build, but he's got a vid of just somewhat facetanking ubers...And his GG gear isn't required, although it's not as if he isn't the only person on this list with BiS gear =P And it's a build I plan on doing something similar to next challenge league (basicaly i'll be taking VP and sacrificing a few things untill acuities)

And can somebody try that Incinerate build vs. Uber on Standart? Quite honestly, it looks like it could do it with 100% fire and light during Splits, 8k Effective HP.

if it has 100% fire rez then its possible to tank the spears and lightning blasts easily with leech ant 8k ehp, note that incinerate has no crit so he can not instanly leech and more importantly he can not gain flask charges from crits which means it needs absoultely insane DPS to be able to save up the charges

thats the thing with incinerate, you HAVE to tank everything to do damage to her, otherwise its going to take 4 hours and youre likely going to die from being tired or wanting to kill yourself

Indeed, I'm working on it and think I can if can get hope, 23 purities up and running from std but it will have crit.

Summoner is not a caster. She targets RS instead of you often. You also do over 1M DPS like the rest of the builds while casters top out at 100K. Huge difference meaning survival is paramount. >96% fire and lightning required while channeling to tank many many hits SRS and other builds never sees.

Where are you getting 100% lightning? To get 100% lightning w/o Saffels requires taking all aura buffs, inner force and running 23 purities and with 13% flask. He takes no aura buff, no 23 purities but has inner forces and flask nodes.

thats 75% base + 13% + (4 x 1.21%) 5% = 93% lightning. Probably a one shot vs Uber. Then vs trio... they are harder for MoM user than Atziri because you're dead in the water after one hit.

Only self caster I ever seen beat UBER uses lightning coil for always on 40% phys mit and runs 100% fire and 100% lightning with all aura buffs flask etc is fox tactics with arc, surge or whatever else he slotted. And even there I was in awe of skillful play display. She has penetration so 100% Res is not quite immune.
