95% crit + crit weakness =?

Does it go over 95% cap?

Tried testing a ton but couldn't actually tell.

They don't stack. Crit weakness is a completely separate crit roll from your attack's critical chance and is rolled per hit, per mob afflicted with the curse instead of per attack.

assuming 95% chance to hit and 95% chance to crit your overall chance to crit with crit weakness should be somewhere around 92-93% unless my math is way off (although I'm basically just estimating atm)
Yes. The curse basically lowers the number required to get a crit on an enemy. Basically:

1. You use a skill, which gets a "crit roll" of 60.
2. Skill hits monster, and the monster rolls a 62.
3. You fail to crit monster.

vs.

1. You use a skill, which gets a "crit roll" of 60.
2. Skill hits cursed monster, and the monster rolls a 62, but because he is cursed, it is lowered to 57.
3. You crit monster.

This is, of course, assuming you pass all accuracy checks (two of them, one to hit monster, one to see if you can crit monster, so it's checked twice.)
accuracy checks aside

95% crit chance + 10% additional crit from crit weakness

= 0,95 + (0,05 x 0,01) = 0,955 = 95,5% crit chance (or crit potential)

edit:
or with accuracy = acc% x (0,95 + (0,05 x 0,01)) x acc%

Crit weakness is additional crit chance (95%+10%=105%) not increased. But I do not know if it can go over 95% (I would think it could but don't know). Best way to test would be ice spear in pvp against someone afk with and witohut crit weakness curse.
I am prety sure the crit cap is 95% regardless, cant say for sure though
It's hard to remember what you have forgotten

it isn't additional cc% it is monster have x% chance to receive crit. they are completely seperate and you dont add it to existing cc%. every single hit you make has 10% additional cc, meaning if you crit normally it still tries to calculate the 10% chance ontop of that, but you cannot crit twice in 1 hit

0% cc + 10 additional = 10%cc

50%cc + 10% additional = 50% normally + (50%cc x 10%which is ignored since you cant crit twice) + (50% chance to not crit x 10% ) = 0,50 + (0,50 x 0,10) = 0,55 = 55% total

75%cc + 10%additional = 0,75 + 0,25x0,10 = 0,775 = 77,5 %

your own crit chance wont go over 95% but monster has 95,5% chance to get hit by a critical (again not counting accuracy)

This isn't how the game works with crit weakness curse. Check the last post here (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/13695/page/13) where a developer confirms how it actually works.
guess I was wrong. well seems like there still is new things to learn after 1,5 years :)

critical weakness cursed enemies have AN ADITIONAL chance to receive a critical strike.

that is mean cursed mobs receive hits with 2 time to roll a critic.

first time use your critical strike chance.
second time use the curse critical chance.
