I don't know that that's the case. I wear Thief's Torment and run Barrage CoC for single targets, and reflect is still a problem for me unless the reflector is literally alone. And I've definitely oneshot myself from off screen against reflect packs with LA.

I dunno. I'm pretty sure running Voltaxic + Arc with my build would be a significant dps loss, but I expect it would still be quite effective and much safer (in terms of reflect, anyway). If anyone has a 5L Voltaxic on Ambush that they want to lend me for testing, we could do some science.
