you crit = you get power charge = you crit some more.
Lochtonial Caress
one of my favorites. attack speed + cast speed + charges for friends. awesome gloves. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat

Volls protector isnt underrated, used on coc/dischargers alot

I'm currently running Voll's on a COC Shadow, the guaranteed power charges are nice but I often question the reduced mana penalty. 50% is fucking brutal. If I had a 5 link of anything else on ambush I would vendor that chest in a heart beat.

Voll's is not underated. Sin Trek sucks because energy shield is not compatible with phase acrobatics and if you are going evasion you aren't doing it right without that particular keystone. Atziri's step is the best evasion boot so Sin Trek is knocked down even more now.
Ondar's is passable in softcore if you go yolo CI, but usually you don't get the benefits when you need them. And if you are going low life intentionally you'll probably prefer adding magic find or lots of energy shield over move speed. Another awkwardly positioned unique. I wouldn't call it underatted at all. Caress is like Leer Cast, if u have a dedicated team group then GREAT, otherwise you'd probably prefer magic find huh? I'd say Queen of the Forest, Veil of Night, and Shackles of the Wretched are all underrated. Veil of Night being EXTREMELY underrated in particular. Oh let's not forget cloak of flame!!!
