Are the Bandits actually worth it?

40 mana is nowhere near as valuable as 40 life for MoM. It's a 7:3 ratio, the mana would have to be at least 93 just to break even. Not to mention that MoM doesn't die when they run out of mana. Normal alira is always terrible.

Normal krait/alira could absolutely use a change and maybe buff cruel alira to 5 or 6% cast speed, other than that they're fine.
