Nice guide so far, I got some info to include aswell(I copy/pasted your info and edited/added some). I gotta say this is all from experience with the invaders in Cruel and Merciless. Will edit more info in later as I gotta go afk at this point of time.

Spoiler
Alpha Paradisae, spawns with: Plumed Chimerals
Uses: Desecrate, Burning Ground (Like Fire Traps detonation effect), Devourers bodies like Devouring Totem, LMP Supressing fire.
Tips:Having a skill that can get rid of corpses like bone/flesh offering will help greatly, keep on the move so you don't take high damage from the damage over time attacks.

Atziri's Pride, spawns with: Miscreations
Uses: Unrighteous Fire, Arctic Armor, Lightning Warp, berserk fury.
Tips: Keeps teleporting all over the place, regardless of where you are. If you don't attack it and run away from it, it will "turn off" unrighteous fire. Get's tougher/quicker when on low hp.

Balus Stoneskull, spawns with: Highwaymen
Uses: Flicker Strike, Heavy Strike, Enduring Cry, Immortal Call.
Tips: Straight forward melee fight, his heavy strike can hurt when he keeps doing it in rapid succession, so keep on the move when you cannot facetank. Uses immortal call in higher difficulties.

Beheader Ataguchu, spawns with: Whipping Miscreations
Uses: Cyclone which leaves a chaos degen similar to Desecrate, Cleave that puts 2 stacks of CB on you (it hurts), berserk fury, Vulnerability in Merciless difficulty(?).
Tips: Get rid of the whipping miscreations first, or his attacks will hurt even more. Whilst the only danger at first is the Cleave and Desecrate trail, when on low hp Ataguchu will do more damage and attack way faster than before, which is often extremely dangerous without anything else to lose aggro on. Do not underestimate this one.

Bladeback Guardian, spawns with: Porcupine Goliaths
Uses: 360° Incinerate, Ice Spear, Ice Spears on death, Lightning Nova (think selfcast lightning trap), Reflects both Elemental and Physical damage.
Tips: It's 360° Incinerate attack seems to be on a cooldown, as it will not cast it after a certain amount of time passed from the last one. If you are prepared for the Incinerate and reflect, this one should prove no problem

Bladetooth, spawns with: Flame Hellion
Uses: Melee Poison Bomb, Flammability on hit, Enduring Cry, Immortal Call, Burning Ground on Death.
Tips: His rapid melee attacks hurt when you got cursed by Flammability, Warding flasks are your friend when you have to fight it directly. Move out of the poison cloud.

Blood Morpher + Blood Stasis spawn with: Monkeys

Blood Morpher
Uses: Molten Shell, Flammability, Fireball, Enemies are Slowed Aura.

Blood Stasis:
Uses: GMP Arctic Breath in later difficulties, LMP Ice Spear, Allies Move and Attack Faster Aura.

Tips: Seperate the monkeys for an easier fight, do NOT hit Morpher with melee when Molten Shell is up and you're cursed with Flammability. Stasis uses GMP Arctic Breath in higher difficulties, which will shotgun you in close range. Seems to have a cooldown on the skill.

Cava, Artist of Pain
Storm Herald, 360° Lightning Strike, Normal Lightning Strike, Vulnerability on Hit

Ch'aska, Maker of Rain, spawns with: Tentacle Miscreations
Uses: Rain of Spines(RoA reskin), Spinestorm (Firestorm with physical projectiles), a single target Spine projectile and an LMP one, Berserk Fury
Tips: She can cast Spinestorm multiple times in the same location, and it has a long duration. Do not stand underneath it! It's single Spine projectile does way more damage han the LMP version. Once on low hp, it attacks faster and deals more damage. Despite the nerfs, she is still very deadly, especially when on low hp. Avoid whenever possible.

Cintiq, the Inescapable, spawns with: Red Spiders
Uses:Multistrike Flicker Strike, Viper Strike, Echo physical Ethereal Knives
Tips: Avoid at all costs, when you see the red spiders and don't hear a *poof*(Pewterfang using it's Smoke Mine esque warp), determine Cintiq's location and work around it. It's Flickerstrike seems to be on a cooldown, though not that much. Very high physical damage dealer, if you're cursed with either Vulnerability or Projectile Weakness do not attack. Should you want to fight it, curse with Enfeeble and try to at least dodge the echoing Ethereal Knives.

Coniraya, Shadow of Malice, spawns with: Spectral Pirates
Uses: Rain of Arrows w/ Shocked Ground on landing (not sure if the shock stack applies to the attack that placed the shock ground there),LMP Puncture
Tips: The RoA skill is the most devestating one, do not stand in the shocked ground by all means. When he shoots LMP projectiles he will puncture you, so do not move too fast when that happens. Staunching flasks will help.

Corpsestitch, spawns with: Skeletons
Uses: Desecrate, Lightning Warp, Summon Skeletons, Flesh/Bone offering, Vulnerability
Tips: Getting rid of corpses with a level 1 Bone or Flesh Offering will halt his minion enhancement. Despite raising all undead, only his summoned skeletons benefit of the offering skills. His Desecrate does a high DoT in higher difficulties.

Corrector Draconides, spawns with: Elite Blackguards (Blackguard with 2H sword)
Uses: Bear Trap, Leap Slam w/ Burning Ground on landing, GMP Fire Strike( Fire version of Lightning Strike)
Tips: His Leap Slam leaves burning ground on landing, which combined with his Fire Strikes deals a lot of damage. It can only do his Leap Slam after a short cooldown, and does it more often the further away you are. His Fire Strike skill shotguns

Curator Miem, spawns with: Undying Incinerators
Uses: Firestorm, GMP Firebombs, Flammability

Docere Incarnatis, spawns with:
Uses: Vaal Stormcall, Stormcall, Proximity Shield

Droolscar, spawns with: Pirate Corsairs
Uses: Desecrate, Raise Zombie, Detonate Dead, Bone/Flesh Offering
Tips: Get rid of corpses with one of the Offering skills. His zombies do very high melee damage, and prove to be deadly with Flesh Offering up. Desecrate does high DoT. Stay aware of your position when there's Desecrate up, and don't forget it spawns corpses aswell!

Evocata Apocalyptica, spawns with: Blackguard Elite(shield chargers)
Uses: Vaal Fireball Totem, Spark Totem, Lightning Warp, selfcast Firestorm
Tips: Do not get swarmed by the totems. The Vaal Fireball totem disappears after one full 360 degrees of fireballs, after which she can cast it again. If you move away from the other totems, she cannot cast them again untill the previous ones are gone. Mobility is key.

Genesis Paradisae, spawns with: Leaping Chimerals
Uses: Arctic Breath (LMP + GMP in respective difficulties), LMP or single target Ice Spear, Leap Slam which leaves burning ground on landing
Tips: It's Arctic Breath can shotgun but has a cooldown, so keep track of when it last used this skill. When you're a distance away it will either cast LMP Ice Spear or Leap Slam towards you.

Glassmaul, spawns with: Frost Guardians
Uses: Wrath and Hatred Auras, CWDT Summon Skeletons, Warlord's Mark, Glacial Hammer, Lightning Strike
Tips: Is not that though, but can leech a fair amount of life with Warlord's Mark up. Straight forward melee fight.

Granitecrush, spawns with: Golems
Uses: Discharge (mini-nuke), Enduring Cry, Gains frenzy charges and power charges (either on hit, when takes enough damage *WT*), Golem Rolls
Tips: Like a player cast Discharge, it's AoE becomes bigger the more charges he has. Will do a massive discharge when it has all charges up. Keep your distance if possible, and strike when he didn't use Enduring Cry, has no charges up, or has just rolled.

Grath, spawns with: Skeletons
Uses: Allies Attack and Move Faster aura, Allies Cannot Die aura, Enfeeble, Summon Skeletons totem
Tips: Pull away all the monsters in his viccinity before engaging him. He will spawn totems that summon skeletons, though the totems are relatively weak. Does single target melee attacks, so prepare for a straightforward melee fight with occassional Enfeeble on you.

Graveblood, spawns with: Cannibals
Uses:Ice Nova CWDT, Ice Spear (LMP + GMP?), Glacial Cascade, Frostbite
Tips: If you use a rapid attack, do not engage. It will cast a LOT of Ice Nova, and if it curses you with Frostbite in the process will tear you down/freezelock(without proper Frozen status ailment counters) you easily

Guardian of the Mound
Vaal Fireball Totem, Molten Shell?, Storm Call, Summon Skeletons (will figure out how and where).

Harbinger of Elements, spawns with: Flame Guardians, Frost Guardians, Lightning Guardians(melee skeletons of all elements)
Uses: LMP/GMP Fire/Cold/Lightning Projectiles in Cruel/Merc, like skeleton mages in Vaal Pyramid, Allies Move and Attack Faster Aura, has Powerful Crits
Tips: It always casts it's elemental attacks in a pattern, so when it casts lightning, it will cast fire and ice next, then lightning again. Can shotgun and or triple shockstack you due to Powerful Crits. Expect all status ailments.

Haviri, Vaal Metalsmith, spawns with: Vaal Fallen
Uses: Chaos Ek totem, Vaal Fireball totem, LMP Arctic Breath Totem, Spinestorm Totem, Shock Nova Totem, Flame Totem, Storm Call Totem, Shockwave Totem effect when he takes damage
Tips: When you're in a tight area, do not fight him or you will very likely die. When you're in a larger area, you have a chance to kill him. He can only have a maximum of 3 totems active at all times. When fighting him, move away from him at first so he casts the totems away from himself, then move in and attack him(do NOT attack the totems!). He cannot summon more totems when the other ones are still active. Just be wary of when he resummons his totems, keep an eye out for when the older totems expire. Do not underestimate him even when his totems aren't with him, they will be resummoned... And deal high damage.

Inti of the Blood Moon, spawns with: Avian Retches
Uses: Soul Eater, Heals and get's a damage boost when eating a corpse, it's projectiles spawn small Avian Retches that it can eat to regain life
Tips: Destroy all corpses with one of the Offerings, you do not want to end in an endless cycle of him eating a corpse and spawning minions, then eating them, whilst becoming deadlier in the process. When you do not have a corpse removal skill, don't fight him or use single target only skills(still would not recommend). When it has no corpses to eat, is still a formidable melee fighter with high physical damage punches.

Jikeji, spawns with: It's own cast totems
Uses:Lightning Warp Totems, GMP Arctic Breath, Shock Nova, (Vaal) Spark
Tips: The 4 Lightning Warp totems are really tough, try avoiding them whilst fighting Jikeji. It can cast a GMP Arctic Breath with a cooldown, watch out as it deals a lot of damage and leaves you more vulnerable for the LW totems.

Judgement Apparatus, spawns with: Vaal Constructs
Uses: Ball Lightning, Elemental Weakness
Tips:

Junglemare, spawns with: Monkeys
Uses: Allies have Energy Shield Aura, Frenzies Allies, Summons Monkies from tree (if present)
Tips: Has a very high ES pool, keep on damaging it even if it's small damage do not let it regain ES or you're in for a long fight. Chaos damage to bypass the ES. Has a high life pool aswell, can hit moderately high with his melee attacks.

Kall Foxfly, spawns with: Bandit Archers
Uses: Split Arrow, Bear Trap, Lightning Warp, Lightning Arrow
Tips: Watch out for the Bear Trap, it deals very high physical damage and makes you very vulnerable for his ranged attacks. High damage dealer overall, and will follow you with Lightning Warp when engaged and running away

Kamaq, Soilmaker, spawns with: Devourers
Uses: Ball Lightning With LMP/GMP, Far Shot, random Curse on hit
Tips: A deadly opponent, when it emerges and melee hits you it inflicts a random curse on you. When this curse is Projectile Weakness, Elemental Weakness or Conductivity, it's Ball Lightning will hurt even more than it already does. Has far shot, so running further away makes it do more damage. Have a Warding Flask up, and don't fight it if possible...

Konu, Maker of Wind, spawns with: Goatmen
Uses: Leap Slam w/ Burning Ground on landing, CWDT Molten Shell
Tips: His Leap Slam has a cooldown, so when it leap slams move away from the impact site as it leaves burning ground that does very high fire DoT. Will proc Molten Shell when taking damage, which will go away after a few seconds. Be aware when you deal physical damage as the Molten Shell hurts, a lot. Aside from it's abilities, does medium to high melee physical damage.

Kutec, Vaal Fleshsmith, spawns with: Vaal Fallen
Uses: Desecrate, Raise Zombie, Flesh/Bone Offering, Punishment
Tips: Destroy all corpses, his Zombies deal a lot of melee physical damage. Combined with Flesh Offering they can and will make short work of you. His Desecrate does high chaos DoT damage and spawns more corpses. When you don't give it the oppertunity to raise zombies, isn't all that tough anymore.

M'gaska, the Living Pyre, spawns with: Own summoned Raging Spirit Totems, Skeletons
Uses: Flameblast, Raging Spirit Totems
Tips: When you're travelling through an area and all of a sudden are greeted by a red circle on the ground, run. There be a totem about! When you have room to move, dodge the Flameblasts and deal damage to it. It can cast 4 Raging Spirit Totems, which deal a hybrid of fire and physical damage in rapid succession. They can hurt aswell, but Flameblast better be avoided at all times.

Mammothcage, spawns with: Skeletal Beasts
Uses: Life Regen, Allies Cannot Die, Extra Life
Tips: Lure away nearby monsters so you don't have to tank all of them and can focus on Mammothcage. His life regen is RIDICULOUS, and requires constant high damage dealing to even negate. Skip when in a party with lower damage dealers. Hits moderately high with melee attacks, which have a small AoE.

Mother of the Hive
Uses: ranged crab summon, Allies cannot die aura
Tips: When there's too many ranged crabs, try to lure them away from their Mother.

Mother of the Swarm, spawns with: bugs
Soul Eater, Summons exploding bugs, Detonate Dead.

Nighteater, spawns with: Cannibals
Uses: Fire Storm, Temp Chains, Bear Trap.

Ossecati, Boneshaper
Vaal Smash, Summon Skeletons on Himself.
Colossal Bonestalker

Perquil the Lucky
Tons of Storm Call, GMP Spectral Throw (in maps).

Pewterfang
Flicker Strike, Viper Strike, Shroud Walker don't believe his shroud walk has to be tethered to a player either so might be smoke mine aswell.

Rancor
Flicker Strike, Chaos Degen Aura, Multistrike Reave, Ice Spear?

Rima, Deep Temptress
Freezing Pulse Multi-Trap, Bear Trap, Frostbite, Ice Nova, Ice Firestorm (Blizzard?).

Shadow of Vengeance
Animate Weapon, something else?

Sheaq, Maker of Floods
Multicast - LMP - Fork - Faster Proj. - Fireball, Shock Nova Totem.

Shivershell
Frost Wall, Summons Baby Ranged Crabs, Vaal Detonate Dead when at low health in his range form.

Shrapnelbearer
Vaal Fireball (Chaos Bomb style), LMP/GMP Chaining faster attacks projectile, (friend says he has chaos damage Barrage since 1.1.2.

Simi, the Nature Touched
Soul Eater, Summons Apparition Monkies, Wrath, Anger, and Hatred Auras.

Spinesnap
Leapslam w/ Poison Cloud on landing, Chaos Degen Aura, Temp Chains.

Strangledrift (I get this guy and All-Seeing eye confused all the time *WT*).
N/A

Tailsinger
Puncture, Frost Wall, Allies have Energy Shield, something else i think?

The All-seeing Eye(I get this guy and Strangledrift confused all the time *WT*).
N/A

The Bolt Juggler
Lightning Trap w/ Multiple Traps, Fire Trap.

The Book Burner
Throws Books LMP/GMP Farshot, Book Tornado, Lightning Warp.

The Duchess
Soul Eater, Raise Zombie, (Starts with unique mobs that spawn around blood princess boss from tunnel might also summon these).

The Firestarter
Fire Bombs, Raging Spirit, Soul Eater, might flam.

The Raging Mask, spawns with: Curtains
Uses: Flammability, Firestorm, Raging Spirit
Tips: It's Firestorm ability has a long duration, and will be cast where you are. Stay on the move and use a Warding flask when cursed. With a good AoE attack the raging spirits should be no problem.

The Revenant, spawns with: Voidbearers
Uses: Cyclone, Searing Bond, LMP/GMP? flame Totem doggie fire.
Tips: Threat like a regular Voidbearer that can Cyclone from time to time

The Sunburst Queen, spawns with: Various bugs
360° Incinerate, LMP Carrion Queen Projectile, Orchard Boss Explosive Projectile.

Thornrunner, spawns with: Snakes from Sarn Slums
Uses: Spinestorm, LMP Puncture, Proximity Shield
Tips: Skip this boss as it deals extremely high bleeding damage and will mostly flee away from you, whilst keep on using Spinestorm (physical firestorm variety) and Puncture

Wiraq, the Impaler, spawns with: Miscreations
Uses: Double Strike, Piety fire form (added fire damage, walk and attack speed), Berserk Fury
Tips: Deals high physical damage, and has even more when in it's fire form. Once on low hp can attack even faster, combined with it's fire form it can stunlock you.

Wiraqucha, Ancient Guardian, spawns with: Serpentine Constructs
Uses: Selfcast Fracture, Shroud Walker, Puncture (only original Wiraqucha)
Tips: Will become tougher the longer the time you spend fighting it, as it keeps on fracturing smaller versions, that deal less damage but still pack a punch. The main snake and fractured ones are borderline invisible as of the latest patch, though if you can't hover over it the main snake's life bar is slightly above the smaller ones. It can puncture you which, combined with the crapton of copies, can be deadly. Big AoE with high damage is advised, or anything that makes short work of it.

Wonderwalker, spawns with: Undying, Undying Grapplers
Uses: Discharge, Power Charges on Hit, Flicker Strike, Puncture
Tips: His Puncture deals very high physical damage, keep an eye on your status ailments and pop a Staunching flask when you're bleeding, or DO NOT MOVE A MUSCLE and tank the Discharges. Medium to high lightning damage with it's Discharge attack.

Oh man this is gread, keep it up! Also a spoiler with a table with just names, pictures and difficulty would be great, just to have a quick look to get an overview of the majority without going into details would be nice.
This is pretty awesome. Bookmarking to read it when it's updated.
