So THATS who this exile is with the Flame Blast!!! good to know!! and ive kicked his ass all 3 times ive run into him in the past couple day on my new temp! and once on my ranger but thats nothing special! \m/

No offense guys, but you all know how the Exile looks, and again it's your will if you wish to engage or not. 2nd you can get the fire ress aura that gives max fire ress. 3rd POE isnt about perfect build and not changing your gems and all. You need to addapt to the given map, or mob.....4th Always have an escape spell. ALWAYS! or use fire ress flask.

By the way he gives a damn about +4 fire res at high levels. Magnus needs level scaling reworked and aggro range reduced. This thread is on it's 16th page for a reason. This is a buff © 2016

Pardon me but i've killed way to many... it's about outplaying him+how to counter. Pls read the mechanic first. There is a way, it's your job if you wish to learn it. AS mentioned before POE isnt for players who dont use 100% logic while playing, let me repeat the mechanic itself allows you to outplay the mob. If you spot desynic you log out asap... again logic.

Nubo, he's able to kill you two rooms away with invisible full charge (+5K !!! on high levels), as FB is a desync generator by itself.
Sometimes get tired of wannabe super duper PoE pros with no endgame, and in general, experience. This is a buff © 2016

-Don't open any "Guarded by a Rogue Exile"-strongbox -Don't run any "Additional Rogue Exile"-maps -Don't do any "kill the Rogue Exiles" dailies from Zana -Don't do any of Voricie's dailies -If you see a Rogue Exile, run -Desync because stuck on some punk monster or door or his totems or because the server stands around, drooling, doing nothing -Flameblast -DED There are challenging fights with Rogue Exiles (if you're melee, ranged just nukes everything). Magnus is none of them. Magnus and other "challenging" Exiles just frustrate me. Try to stay out of his flameblast as a melee. We are going to shut down Beyond immigration into our maps until we find out what the Hell is going on!

Yeah for melee he is too dangerous, I always run away from him and/or skip him if I play melee. Havent played melee for half a year though muahaha
When you play ranged character you dont encounter many rage-enabling things. Play ranged! If I dont reply to you - I dont give a flying duck about your opinion
If you dont reply to me - I dont care either because I dont come back to see who replied to me |

I don't like fighting him, he's dangerous, and in high level maps can definitely one shot me. But if I can get my melee crit claw shadow onto him, usually with flickerstrike, then pop a diamond flask, I'll freeze him solid and he'll die before he can get his flameblast off most times. Comfortably killed him in maps up to 75 or 76 I think.
