I would probably have a complete net worth of about 100 ex if I hadn't practically given away all my stuff at the end of nemesis and my legacy BoR etc in standard.

Well I am only rich in parent leagues because stuff from the new leagues ends up there. I played HC for a few weeks and got a 6L occultist vestment drop from under a rock in docks and I have a headhunter from nemesis which is worth an insane amount.
Anarchy/Ons -> Good drops, cross league trading was still allowed.
Domination/Nemesis -> Multiboxed Dominus for twelve hour sessions
Invasion/Ambush -> Race rewards. I had a gifts from above, 5 legacy goldwyrm, 5 legacy perandus, 1 legacy divination, 3 death rush rings and 3 andvarius.

So basically... I have used everything allowed to my advantage because fuck trading. This league has been the most fun for me because I hardly had to farm anything with the race rewards, and I got a BoR and Alpha drop with less than 40 IIR the first two weeks.

Yes, I got about 50exa in race rewards. This season rewards are shit and you won't be able to take them out a month before next league so I guess they listened to the complainers on that.

As for farming dominus - yeah I wasted pretty much every weekend farming that fucker last league and I was miserable. I won't do it again. Was Not Worth it.

Nah, I really don't. I don't have a problem with doing ANYTHING within the rules to get ahead, though (besides scumbag trading) and I have a knack for picking up on the FoTM builds before anyone else does. I ran sporker in Anarchy, Aegis Block Tank in Domination (I actually submitted that build in your cheap build thread way back at the end of Anarchy), although It was as Facebreaker and very viable without Aegis) and I am running an Aegis/ST this league as well as an RF mara that killed atziri last night at 85.


A huge part of it is that I am good friends with some really great players who do not bother with the forum. I haven't paid for a single map this league but I have chained 77s thanks to people like Grahnja and ShadwRoca.

I'm a huge supporter of the unidentified chaos recipe, and when I am low on unidentified amulets I alch an I60 coral ring and vendor it with 7 iron rings for an unidentified ammy. That's my only real "trick."

I also don't have a problem taking handouts, though I won't ask for them. Would not have hit 8 stars last league without some bighelp from my guildmates ShadwRoca, Supercino and Finalboss.

The part that is disturbing, is that even with all this crap, I am nowhere near the top 1% is any league in terms of wealth. Wealth in this game is incredibly concentrated within the small percentage of players who seek wealth simply to be wealthy.

Believe it or not, its possible to genuinely enjoy poe and wish for its long term success and still be able to make critical judgement about certain aspects about the game or its management.

You are an exception in more ways than one which is why discussions about end game balance and rmt or how those 2 things are intertwined and affect end game players are out your domain of knowledge and is the reason why critique from others seems like nothing more than jaded resentment from someone who absolutely despises poe.
