Araku tiku used to be useful on low life sporkers iirc. Worst one just about now is Veil of the night. |

none of the other methods of getting power charges give u 7 power charges with 1 attack..
Volls still pretty much mandatory for non CoC discharge. |

agreed about voll's with the other posters. There are more ways to get power charges now, true, but voll's still gives you a power charge for every enemy hit by the crit, incredibly useful.

Voll's is pretty awesome in it's own right, but a lot of the uniques serve the very important purpose of padding the loot tables. Just think of them as lvl 1 mods on high ilvl rares. It's important to have these for the longevity of the game. If every unique was good, especially the common ones, nobody would even use rares.
