FPS in Groups Unplayable

Thank you Drakier, I will try those options as a "last resort". Will continue to experiment a bit with amd catalyst options. Havent tried deselecting post processing yet, any idea what this does and would it improve framerates? When I toggle in game options, I rarely see any changes to fps. Is it necessary to restart game or do changes take place real time? I welcome any and all suggestions willing to try anything at this point.

" I'm not entirely sure what Post Processing does, and I disabled it because it seemed to be a decent FPS boost. Every little thing helps right? |

Quick update, no change. Trying anything and everything I can think of, however its still next to impossible to play in groups. Still play a lot ( love the game ), just look for small group or play solo ( what I do most). Strange thing is even when editing the .ini file and changing textures to 5 , the graphics look worse, however I notice no increased framerate. Really stumped, but not giving up hope. Any suggestions welcomed
