yeah the dps for this build looks really terrible.

It doesn't have the greatest DPS. I'm at 11k @ 74, but I play primarly in groups and for that I find this build effective, but if you're playing a tanky build why would you expect to be doing high DPS?

Also the build isn't set in stone.. you want more damage? Remove some of the shield nodes and invest in more damage nodes. Use a bit of your own creativity and adjust the build to fit your needs. I'm sure that's one of the reason Comrade posted the build in the first place.

yes should just be noted that this build looks for hardcore, not softcore

if u follow this build u will be lagging in dmg by a fair bit.

good build for max block tho.

30-40k dps is plenty enough for solo. And of course he can do atziri he's basically unkillable. I'm pretty sure you have no clue what youre talking about.

Hi, first thx for the guide! I'am llvling it for now and swap from ice crash to static strike sometimes
. I prefer static strike atm but I wonder: is both spell equal? Is it only a matter of taste? May you summerize the pro and con of each in your opinion plz ??


Edit: For people experiencing mana issues by lvling : I read on this post that it is recommended to use mana leech or reduced mana ( i agree) AND to rush the mana nodes near the shadow start. I disagree on the second part , or do it wisely and with really good stuff. I did this rush and my act4 nm was really hard till i grab the shield node due to the "useless str only" node you have to take in a row before reaching the shadow part . I trully think that grabing the rigteous degree nodes and specing out later would result in a smoother lvling. Well, this is just the 2cents of a noob. I may be wrong, at least I recommand to rush thoose nodes before/after act4 if you really wants to go for it early.

I get essence sap and use reduced mana. This allows me not to rely on warlord's and use other curses.

Soultaker is nice, you can reserve your full mana with it. You also don't need mana nodes with it. I just hope you speced into axe nodes instead of the mace ones :)

ur tooltip must be like 10k DPS???

I love people like you, they come with the intention of complaining regardless of whatever is in the build thread, and you choose to ignore everything that contradicts you.

So take a look at the Atziri run in 2.0, and then come back here, ok? Tooltip DPS is over 40k for bosses.
