It looks like you're getting resolute technique, but you added critical strike to that "good one hander scepter." I'm confused.

" It was used for another build, of course you don't need crit chance for and RT build. Just wanted to post a reply to give some people an idea on numbers. I was running a similar build pre-2.0. I switched to static strike from Infernal blow before this 2.0 patch hit. I just switched my build over to 2.0. I have a good rare axe, and 6L astral plate. I'll switch to Ice Crash when I can get my hands on it, but my current static strike DPS is up to 43.6K after patch.

Noticed you reccomended using warlord's mark. How are you casting it? The gem links don't seem to have room for a curse.

Great defensive build mate. I'm at level 93 with Ice Crash, dps is around 18.000 (tooltip) but seems good.
I have mana problems and trying to find a way to get more mana leech on gear/skills. | |

Yeah, the DPS is actually really strong for a defensive build with the right gear Kj996. I'll let you know what Ice Crash tooltip says for me when I get it running, but with Blood Rage on with the three frenzy charges static strike is up to 55k. So it definitely can get up there for a zero crit, defensive build! :)
