What bandit for 3.0 please - Oak?

I am a returning player and have been enjoying/referencing your guide a lot. One thing I found as I am relearning the game is to see the gem colours as the name instead of having to look them up till they are memorized. I colourized the gem part of the guide for my easy viewing.

I chose Oak, but i am having a little of trouble with mana, maybe i should have chosen Alira, her passives are very good (+5 mana regen/s and +15% Elemental Resists) but since we cannot crit, we don't benefit of the 20% to Global Critical Strike.

I had a lot of mana issues as well, I was running a clarity gem for a while.

The skill changes as I leveled up and could use the gems improved it a lot. At each of these marks I noticed a diifference:

Shield charge + Blood magic(small difference)
Warlords Mark + Blasphemy (big difference) Dropped clarity, diddn't need to chug mana for anything but boss fights.
Multi strike ( don't need to drink mana so far)

at the Levelling Guide 29 Points you took some points that at the full level are not spent.... now ive to waste the refund....
Would the sunder build work with a Deaths Oath Astral Plate or is a rare simply better/more useful?
I'm looking at making a Sunder based Juggernaut, but I'm not sure if it'll be better to make an elemental damage build around Doryani's Catalyst, or if I should make a physical damage build around Soul Taker.

What would you update skill/gear/gem wise for a physical damage build based around axes?
