yeah, i think he/she did demonstrate sex pretty...bad. should have taken 2 kids to show the others how its working :D

Probably started the lessons with the topic 'giving Birth'.
I could see kids passing out seeing the birth of a child.

But don't you know? All sexual encounters begin with a childbirth.

elementary school
yep.

And 6 children passed out during a sexual education lesson wow :o

I am German and my first Sex Ed was in third grade (I was 8 or 9), then I had another one in 6th grade and another one later in biology class in middle/highschool.

The parents are fucking retarded to "protect" their child from education.
Also they should also be teaching their kids about it, because then the fucking child wouldn't be so upset to leave the class during sex ed.

I guess it depends on how graphic a sex ed class is. It can look more like a massacre than anything. If its done right though it can be a really great thing to teach kids how to use contraception and responsibility when they do have sex and get pregnant.

In third grade it was a cartoon where a man an a woman married, slept together in a bed then some weird metaphor with cats popped up (two cats rubbing their bodies on each other).

It didn't shock me, I also knew what sex was when I was 7 because my parents talked about it with me after some guy in my Kindergarten run around screaming "Help me she (another girl) wants to fuck me!".

So yeah. All is fine.

The whole condom, penis and vagina stuff was in 6th grade when we were 12.

They waited until 9. grade at our school, cowards. :D
Hoewver, I was educated much earlier of course, not only by parents but also due the nice TV program in germany. ;) As Kid I also loved the "Es war einmal..." cartoon series that had various themes and one season was about the human body, including sexuality but also covered many other body functions.

I bet this stuff was never shown in the USA XD

Holy shit, I remember that show, watched it religiously when I was a kid (and this in South Africa).
Full (german) episode about sexuality and birth, our US fellows may find it to "hardcore" so be warned (yes, it was a show for kids in the rest of the world XD )

Man, almost 25 years not seen this show but I still know the title music well, great memories, same for the other Intro from Udo Jürgens. :)

damit, forgot all about this show.
was only able to remember some pictures of the characters.

Didn´t they also sell magazines with parts to build a own transparent body ?
Always wanted to have one of these, but then switched mind when the glowing BoneT-Rex came out.

Mr Wells also attacked the Government's commitment to confidentiality policies about contraception which "kept parents in the dark about their children's sexual activity".

"The problems associated with teenage pregnancy will never be solved so long as the Government persists with its reliance on yet more contraception and sex education," he said. "What we need is a radical change away from a culture which has reduced sex to a casual recreational activity."

Girls who could obtain contraception before the age of consent were more likely to become sexually active, leading to higher rates of sexually transmitted infections, pregnancies and abortions, he said.

The combination of sexual images in the media with explicit sex education had broken down the natural inhibitions of children about sex, while progressively easier availability of contraception meant that young girls could no longer use fear of pregnancy as a reason to reject sexual advances, Mr Wells added.
