Solo vs. Party play balance.
Partying should not be punished. You'll never stop a coordinated, well-planned group from facerolling. However, if party play is made significantly harder, then that will make PUG play unviable. Re-balance solo a bit if needed, party balance is fine IMO.

I have no issue if grouping up is easier...
I love playing solo and if solo is a more challenging experience then thats a plus to me. When i see someone that groups up the entire time to get into maps and I know that i did the same solo I get satisfaction knowing I am the better player. There's bragging rights that goes along with surviving PoE solo. Don't take that away because group players have it easier... Why punish me? |

My main concern with party play at the moment is that it's fucking impossible to see what is going on.

" Actually it's on the opposite side of "punished" and is in fact "extremely rewarded". All what I am suggesting is a balance between party and solo. The reason for partying should NOT be, I am going to get more XP/hour and more loot, but I am going to have fun playing with my friends or other people. It takes me probably a quarter (and even less) time to clear act I in a party than to do it solo, and this should not be the case. Resists trolls

" Amen. I absolutely hate it. Solo is not that far behind party for grinding/maps if you've got a good character, but it's definitely behind. And your risk of dying is vastly vastly increased. Maybe there should be more enemies giving less XP in parties, so you can increase danger without just buffing damage (which leads to stupid one-shots which nobody wants).
