this. a reset is a reset.

you can argue all day about how minor the decision is, and how 8% attack speed or a skillpoint etc wont make or break a build

the reality is: it is a part of the build. not refunding the bandit quests would be just as arbitrary as only refunding 95% of your skillpoints rather than 100%.

i am quite sure Chris and the rest of GGG would agree that there should probably be a way to get a bandit refund when you get a reset.

however, it would take:

Time

and it's probably just not that high on their priority list.

ignore the other group i mentioned, who thinks it's for some other strange reason like "it's too minor to matter"

pathetic forum white knighting at best - the "PoE is already perfect" mentality. you could point out an everyday bug to these people and they would say it was an artistic expression of PoE's greatness.
