this is somthing i have never seen inside of a game to date... from character names like : "burningthejews" and many others, to swaticas in game chat,,
the face that those people are out there in no surprise to anyone, however the fact that grinding gears does nothing about it is what i didnt see coming, either from lack of care, incompitance. or incuragment...
this WILL draw (i promise you that) the attention of Total buiscuit, reviewtech usa and the like.....

I have tbh, I've seen a lot of anti-semitic shit either in the forum or in global. I'm an Irish Polock, but it still bothers me as a human being. It's pretty ignorant. But that's the fuckin' internet for you. I don't think it has anything to do with PoE.

But yeah it's weird. It's mostly anti-semitic or homophobic shit.

ive always wondered what kind of people they are. its easy to assume their all 11 year olds with but its more likely not.

I rarely see that, at least in my beloved global 3 (now in Ambush). What I do see a lot, especially in the US afternoon/early evening, is sex talk, mostly centered around one's built-in joystick. I find it a bit tedious at times, but then again, it's probably not unusual for a community that has plenty of younger males. Only bothers me if it goes on for hours.

It's all about attention, though. Same with racist comments online. The more agitated you get, the more you encourage it. Report it, then ignore the person, and be done with it. Attention is a reward.

I think there is a valid concern that there seems to be more of it here than in other games, it's something people I've played with have noticed and commented on as well. I get the impression it's something that some mods take more seriously than others.

in many countless games i played online i just never saw that,,,, and never so much of it,,
and i dont doubt the same anti-sematics were there,, but they were unable to express their ignorance through proper handaling by the companies.
i dont see GGG doing that at all...
and just like total buiscit i love this game,,,, as a game,
but as a social expiriance its more like a social experiment
but i will pass it to total buiscuit because it is a news worthy topic that will interest him and the people watching him.
in takes 5 min just watching global chat to see several examples of that..
so dont tell me there is no tolorance to that....
