I'm no where near you atm but yeah I can already tell this is going to be really powerful. Keep up the good work!

You can link discharge to CWDT if you run that build, silly but works quite well ;)

edit:

After some playtime I think that a Ice Spear > Cold to Fire > Elemental Prolif > Increased Crit Damage Is a comfortable way to deal with cold resistent mobs and even with 68% Cold converted to fire one shot freezes half the screen while burning at the same time.

I use a single non linked discharge right now because its nice for speeding up the clear speed and dps, this build generates charges fast enough that its really worth it.
