Not sure if it was mentioned, but what about messing with LOD settings from something like RadeonPro? I could be wrong, but aren't they the same thing? I've never posted on POE forums before, but I was having this issue where my in-game UI was terribly blurred, but my catalyst control center didn't have a mipmap option.
