Scion

So, I know that when the Scion was released it was locked so that you couldn't use it as your first playable character. Now, many patches after the class is still locked down needing you to finish up the game at least once in the easiest difficulty in order to unlock it.

Really? And what exactly does this acomplish in the first place? Is the character so hard to play? Do you have to treat your customers like idiots before giving access to a character?

Or is it that you just want to force this out on us for some other stupid reason?

Quite frankly, I want to play with the scion, in fact I have no interest in playing any other class and I won't play with any other class just to unlock it. Like me, I'm sure many other players think the same so it's about time you think about what you want to do.

Do you want to lose players and as such, potential customers because you decided to lock a class down for no good reason whatsoever. Or do you prefer to keep your players and customers happy?

A new expansion is coming tomorrow, it would be a good time for you to finally unlock the Scion from the beggining. If you're not willing to even do this much... WEll quite frankly I'll give up playing your game because you just aren't respecting your customer's time and I won't support that.

Why don't you ask for your money back while you are at it?

I honestly don't understand the issue here. Once you have unlocked the Scion on an account you always have access to the class.

You currently have a level 32 Witch but haven't acquired the Brutus kill achievement. Something is terribly wrong here.

You really can't be bothered to kill Dominus on normal difficulty once? That's all you need to do to unlock the Scion, and once you have you have the class forever.

I think I speak for most of the people who play this game that if you can't be bothered to clear Normal once on one character you are not the kind of player we want here and that this game is better off without you.

I didn't even know about scion until I beat Normal.

Flapdrol - I haven't spent any money yet, I beggan playing this game when it wasn't in steam yet and it had no way for me to pay for stuff at the time or I'd probably have spent some money to support the game back then... As it is I'm actually glad I haven't spent money yet.

D623... - The issue is that I don't want to play any other classes, I am tired of mages and archers and quite frankly, I don't like playing male character so the other classes don't do it for me.

And yes I have a level 32 witch without a brutus archievment, can you tell the character is before the game was on steam? In fact I think it was when it still was in beta... So yeah, I killed brutus obviously, I just don't have the archievment for it. That character is on the last act but the character is massively underpowered due to a bad build, it can work in a party but solo it stands no chance... Course at the time I didn't knew how to make proper builds, now I can just check the foruns for proper builds and plan my character accordingly as I learn the deeper game mechanics.

Confirmed that people will passionately, hypercritically whine about literally anything.

Seriously, its normal difficulty, ONCE.

It's a lot of time wasted, playing with some character that I don't want to play with just so that I can play with the character I want. Can you really not see what is wrong here?

EDIT: If you cannot still see the problem I'll put it in much simpler terms. I play games to have fun, doing what I don't want to do in a game is not having fun and if I'm not having fun, then why the hell would I be playign the game?
