Can I Keep BoR Unidentified?

Will it roll with the level 18 gems with it being dropped before the update? Or will it roll to the new value if I identify it after the update? I really do not know if the value is determined when it's dropped or identified. Asked around and no certain answer on this.

why dont you identify, and divine it till it has good stats.......

Why would you not identify? You cant get worse than the new one if you identify now.

The stats are rolled when the item drops, so yes you can keep it unidentified.
