Not sure if both + 2 vaal gems and +1 all gems is possible else 28 is max:
+2 fire + 2 vaal gems + 3 empower (corrupted) = 7
corrupted lvl 21 gem + 7 = 28
or
+2 fire + 1 all gems + 4 empower (corrupted,all gems) = 7
corrupted lvl 21 gem + 7 = 28

at the moment we don't know if vaal gem can raise to 21.
but as they are already corupted , as mentioned above , u can't raise their current max lvl by one more with a vaal gem.

so far:
weapon with +1 local/+2 melee/+2 vaal gem.
all gem inside are corrupted so:
max empower provide 5 more ( +2 from lvl 3,+1 from local ,+2 from being a vaal corrupted gem)
your corrupted attack is increased by 5 (local, melee ,vaal)too
=> max lvl of 30
lvl 5 empower is +4 not 5

yeah and you either get a vaal gem or +1 not both

why not? u can roll 3 prefixe no? of course then u forgot about all +phys dmg and % phys dmg so for attack it is very specific such as an alternative viper strike attack to kill certain boss.

What about if you have vaal gem which is corupted, you level it to 20, but you also want quality on that gem.
So is vendor recipe with gcp available or vaal gems wont be able to increase in quality unless you find ones that already had quality when they droped?
