Ok, so if you were to make a vaal gem, what would it do?

I'd love to see something for summoners. Maybe a Vaal Offering that combines the effects of flesh and bone offering? Or just a souped up version of one of them? That would be sweet.
A straight up Vaal summon could be decent too, although it would probably have to be time limited. IGNs
