Help me build an awesome Pirate themed build

1h swords(preferably rapiers) with a shield, get acrobatics/phase acrobatics and lots of crit. Use frenzy as your single target and maybe double strike+melee splash for ranged. Flicker strike for utility(moving from pack to pack). Maybe mix in some fire trap too(seems piratey enough if you think of it like a grenade/molotov) Get fairgraves hat and wheel of the stormsail as skin transfers(or spiked bundles, looks kinda like a hook hand) maybe an exalted roah pet as your parrot? should be decently effective and fits the theme quite well
