After, of course, same for ignite or bleed, it's based on damage you actually did, not what you planned on doing.

The poison damage I'm pretty sure is then reduced by enemy chaos resistance. Because I have seen bosses afflicted with poison for dagger crit - and it literally does nothing.

These gloves also encourage you to get many frenzy charges - and for such a build going on dex side accuracy will not be a problem. Attack speed will also not be a problem. If you had 10 frenzy charges you are not even going to notice a 20% AS inc from the gloves.

On top of that the more Frenzy charges you get the more quickly you lose them. As such these gloves can only really be used on a character running a dedicated Frenzy attack.

So what do you really gain from these gloves? As Tokyo mentioned you can get better benefits from rare gloves.

Just sell and move on.

Was hoping to do a Oro's sacrifice critical chance build so the poison effects sounded like a good synergy with burn effects and the fact that you gain frenzy charges each time you ignite (thus duration of frenzy charges isn't an issue), but indeed the 10% poison damage sounds too poor to bother investing into it.

You could also think of these gloves in the complete opposite way. There is a unique jewel which reduces your frenzy charge max by 1. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Pacifism


Get 3 of those, put on these gloves, and you can be poisoning on every hit. You would be wasting the Frenzy Charge part of the gloves but you could make a it work.

With all that said, still probably not worth it unless you really scale that poison damage through the tree. Niche at best. PA would still be superior if you wanted a Poison build.



I used thos to benefit from Binos when i whas leveling my Mayrader crit dager build until i got to Adder touch. Im not shure but 2h high damage build whit low attack speed probably get loot of benefits when combined with HoA burn damage i gess. Its probably not realy needed for them but they surved my purpose.
