Client.exe keeps Redownloading the whole game entirely

so my PoE file says it is 6.6GB in the properties folder yet I'm downloading a whole new 1.2GB today in the launcher.

Hey PoE team can you point me to the reason for this issue or point me to the new 1.2GB of content I'm wasting time for ?
