a hammer that's been here since Closed Beta, almost as if made for the release skill Spectral Throw, but has an absolutely atrocious downside, which may render it pretty much useless. discuss: is it an interesting unique, or an example of downside-overkill and balancing gone bad? its something you take to skip certain areas solo faster then possible and fucking up bosses in gimpgear with 0 effort.
then you throw it away or vendor it like i do by now because its utter crap for farming and this game is all about dat dolla dolla bill yo i mean its about "build diversity" |

Uniques like Auxium, Kaom's Heart, and Shavronne's Wrappings are like the elite overachieving triplets in a prestigious family.
Voidhome is like the downtrodden cousin born to an abusive alcoholic single parent. It's got a rlvl of 54, so it's not a lowbie twink. At the same time, by 54 it's not difficult to find a weapon of similar damage WITHOUT the crippling negative effects. This thing was made purely so that GGG could say "but not all uniques are good!" Seriously, this could rank among top 5 most pointless uniques in POE. |
