Bump because trash uniques need a re-work and this is a prime example. I'm sorry people had unique, interesting, and balanced builds ruined by this change - GGG should steer clear of doing that.

It's ruined twice now, first time when % dmg --> flat dmg, second time with block nerf, and GGG obviously don't give a shit.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
