how did you find out about path of exile

From Torchlight 2 'what are you doing while waiting for torchlight 2' thread, ironically enough.

Now, it looks like, i am anticipating path of the exile much more so.

Original diablo was my first love, i still haven't played a game that let me relive that gritty dark fantasy atmosphere, though that's probably nostalgia speaking. Placing very high hopes on Path of the exile :)

I actually discovered Path of Exile by accident. I was reading some forums about another game when someone commented about PoE. I've Never heard of this game until 2 days ago, but it got me excited enough to check their site every day since then.

I discovered PoE from from TB's "WTF is"

not "WTF" for the first time,
I was surfing on YouTube to check what was the latest Diablo-like games that i didn't know yet...

& wtf !!! i found a little video of POE, i was just hypnotized & watched a few vids...
then, as Google is a good friend, he point me this site ^^.

mistryovwar told me about it on the mmohut forums even though i'm not a fan of his i'm glad i was told about this game

On 4chan, sometimes there are Path of Exile generals in /v/, so we chat about this great game and also about the lack of beta keys :(

Well, I hope to get one for myself so I can try this fine looking game!

haha! A kiwi friend of mine clued me in on it. Initially I ignored it because I figured a game developed in this hemisphere was doomed to fail.. but after some time I actually looked at it and was pleasantly surprised. As an Avid ARPG fan (sunk many, many, many hours into D2 and TQIT) i probably should have listened to him sooner haha!
