Alchemy shards - what's the point?

yeah , the shards are fine , if you do enough boss runs and melt enough rares you can eaisly acquire a small fortune of alchemy orbs.


the aug orb definitely is the one people should be looking at. the orb in the game that people hate to see in their sell screen.

I wouldn't really call it a recipe as not a lot of people do it on purpose, it's just a nice bonus you get at vendor's. Just like a supermarket coupon, if you visit the little bastion of capitalism often and collect enough points you get a nice chinese dumpling steamer and a miniature quail egg serving set.

And it works, you actually get quite a nice number of dumplings... I mean, alchs, that way.
