Wand attack skill, soonish please

Eh we got many projectile spells ,i wanna necromancer style with scythe. Soooo:

1)Req: dual wand ,staff
Toggle on/off skill ,MP cost per normal attack during it
Effect : Turn weapon to scythe covered in darkness.
Scythe dmg is 100% of main hand +50% off hand dmg.
Off hand dmg increase with lvl of gem.
Turn normal attack into something like cleave but with higher reach.
Increase movement speed while turned on.

2)Here comes the boomerang skill.
Req: scythe mode on
Effect: Throw the scythe like bommerang.

3)Mobility/escape type skill.
Req: scythe mode on
Skill with small cooldown.
Effect: Dash/teleport thru enemies to choosen location and doing large frontal aoe attack after arival.
Each killed enemy turn to skeleton.
Skeletons should be weakest summon in game ,but most numerous.

From the d2-Inferno-thread:

Int-gem: Elementalfields
Create Flamepits on the ground when shooting with the Wand. Leveling would increase their duration and perhaps dmg.

Now you could do this with lightning/cold and physical too. But only pure Dex/Int´s would be able to cover whole grounds with weaker Elemental-dots , while witches get the stronger Inferno-dots.

I would love a D2's Zeal-like ability for wands.

I suppose it might be more comparable to Strafe, but whichever. Having a rapid-fire dual-wielding wand witch would be pretty epic. Adds a whole kinda gunslinger feel to wands (in a good backwater sort of way).
Old Tom Bombadil is a merry fellow,
Bright blue his jacket is, and his boots are yellow.
None has ever caught him yet, for Tom, he is the master:
His songs are stronger songs, and his feet are faster.
I thought of a cool dual wielding wand skill.

Basically you touch the wands together and shoot both at the same time, like dual strike, but with wands. It could turn the projectile into a bigger ball or beam whatever elements the wands have. Or just a bigger version of the primary wand, or something like that. The purpose being a slower harder hitting wand based skill.

Dedicated CBT for PoE. (I genuinely care about the success of GGG and PoE.)
It could also be interesting to introduce a Wand that split your projectile in half after impact, that then attack the enemies behind the first one with 50% dmg

There should be a skill that fires a projectile, which bounces off to maximum 5 targets, each bounce reduces damage by xx amount.

There could also be a skill, that allows us to charge our wands to their fullest potential (like 1-1.5 sec epic casting animation), firing spheres of pure energy, which deal double the base damage and do some splash in a small radius. Another way of implementing this is to add it as a buff, say for 10 seconds your base damage output is doubled.

Another skill would fire projectiles, which have a chance of paralysing the target, rendering it unable to move or attack for a short period of time, while at the same time taking some damage.

I'll edit this post if I think of some more.

Edit - Just saw Covert suggested the first one already...
In all games I always play as a warrior, guess it's in my blood or something. For all the lonely warriors out there, unite under my banner! Let us dominate over the other classes! To arms!

“Circle of Fire” While dual wielding wands flames spurt from the wands while the character does a 360 or 720 spin. Range and damage increase as the gem levels up. So kind of like dual inferno 360.

Brainstorming here; will think up others later.

Some of these may not be feasible. Some may be better off not being associated with wands, specifically. Some may not be very good ideas.

1) Control Magic:
A wand skill that lets you charm a normal enemy, who then gains the effect of Blood Rage. (This might be better as a curse instead of a wand skill.) Higher tiers increase Charm duration.

2) Burning Beam:
An ultra-thin beam with 100% penetration that deals fire damage (with 100% ignite chance so that enemies hit by this try to run out of the beam), all while continuously draining mana. Damage range should be a single value 'z', not a range of x to y damage. Critical chance should only apply to initial impact damage. Beam width and damage increase as the level improves.

3) Hand of Justice:
Point at a normal enemy, causing it to levitate ever so slightly. Until you turn off the skill by pressing shift, you drain mana but can swing the floating enemy around, dealing physical damage based on the HP of your bludgeon. (Pointing and clicking won't move you until you press shift, it will move your helpless foe.) At the same time that your bludgeon deals damage, the things you smash him into deal damage based on their HP as well. Damage dealt per HP lost and HP lost to damage taken ratios both improve as the gem level increases.

4) Wall of Force:
Click and hold the mouse button to draw a line of energy which is linked directly to your Energy Shield, spending mana until the line is completed. Hits on this function as attacks on your Energy Shield. When your ES hits 0, all of your Walls of Force vanish.

Monsters will attack this as they would a wall of Frost, and it can not be crossed in the same way, but if it is not taken down the line will remain in place. Unlike Wall of Frost, this does not deal damage to things that attack it. Monsters caught under the wall during cast will be pushed back to the side farthest from the caster. Anything which would not deal damage to you passes through the wall as though it is not there (party members, minions, party ranged attacks, friendly spells, etc.) Increased levels give the walls damage resistance.
