aliras amulet does not drop

hi guys!
At the quest where i have to kill the three bandit lords i have to collect severel amulets. One of this amulets(aliras amulet does not drop even when i kill the boss.) please help |

and where is alira?

Captain Arteri: Blackguard Captain that can be found at the end of the main road through the forest in front of Piety's magic barrier. Never drops any items.
Alira: Off the main road in a camp with a palisade around it. The hint is the same as with finding the Vaal Ruins - the side of the road appears broken on the map, there is a broken pillar and a path with half-covered stones. You'll recognize it when you see it :-) Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
