In-game, press M to bring up the Microtransaction menu. You can then see in there the effects that you have bought, then you can use them on your items! (Right click on the microtransaction, then left click on item)

you get an item which applies the effect to a weapon. The item then vanishes. It can be reclaimed from the weapon at any time.

This way, you can use any effect you bought as much as you want and as often as you want on different weapons, but only on one weapon at the same time.

Something to keep in mind: The effects only work on one weapon at a time, and this means if you dual-wield, you'll need two weapon effects if you want it on bother of them. However, the supporter pack weapon effects (and ONLY the supporter pack weapon effects) affect both weapons you are holding if you put it on one weapon.
