I will say pick up Anger now, Warlord the next time it pops up. On a side note, you can easily acquire a Ton of skill gems by creating new characters and running over Act 1 normal. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Cavern of Wrath and you get plenty of gem choices. Templar, for example, would give you Anger after you kill Brutus.

I'm a noob, so forgive me for asking: Doesn't this build ignore Endurance Charges? Aren't they important at higher levels?

1h mace plus shield, or just plain 2h?

Should I continue to level Leap Slam or stop at a certain level?

i've always level'd my leap slam, I completely forgot what happens when it levels up though lol

You'll be resist capped easily so the enduurance charges would only affect your phys reduction which isn't bad at all. I simply made templates for you guys to run off :D
