haha yeah go PM a dev, guess what they'll say? Put it in a suggestion forum. Threads should be automatically closed after the word "Bump" appears in it 10 times so all your threads will close. I find it pretty how off topic you are in your threads when I've done nothing but focus on the topic.

But sry for OP: its really a bad idea. U will need to use chromes.

At first I thought this was a terrible idea and would devalue chromes too much, but then I thought of another positive consequence. It could create a market sink for gems other than q20 or level 20 gems.

If an orb like this were as rare as say, an exalt and it had weighted values so that it would be more likely to roll its primary attribute, offcolor mid tier gems would be valuable. We could actually have a use for gems that aren't perfect after a character is dismantled. Although that brings up the other question of whether or not people would even bother with such an orb with a gem of less than perfect quality.

You could also have a vendor recipe involving gcps and gems, both of which really need a sink.

U need always to look at a suggestion from the perspective of a wealthy player. They would walk around with no restriction on colors.

this seems to be really good idea. Maybe you should add if the strenght gem changing to intelect gem it should keep the "red" colour in background or something.

Another idea is probably when changing from strenght to intelect gem that requirements change.
For example:

red: lvl 12 gem requires 112 strenght
converts into:
blue: lvl 12 gem requires 112 intelect


I think this would have great impact on the builds like witch could have alot of intelect and 0 strenght but can build like infernal blow build.

This really looks nice and I support this fully. If this gets released I am back to poe 24/7 again :)
