Is it possible to redo/refund the quest reward?

I'll make this as short as I can (btw I'm sorry if this is the wrong section):
As I did the Merlin quest with Nessa handing out the reward, I chose the wrong reward. I chose Faster Projectile instead of Life Gain on hit, which is a core part of my build, as it'll synergize with my future Blood Magic. I'm stuck as to what I can do now? Redo/refund the quest? I know nothing about the market or about it's prize. Just hoping that some MOB will drop it is so highly unlikely. What do I do? |

No, the only quest where you can change your mind is the Bandit quest in act 2. Basically, there are two options: Make another char and do Merveil again or buy the gem. Lower quest rewards are common and pretty cheap but you'll still have to find someone to sell you one. Therefore, levelling another char up to this point might actually be faster.
Btw, there are a lot of nice and useful gems you can get at the beginning if you spend a little time getting the first rewards for other classes, too. :-) Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.

Also if you mention your league(Seems you are on Domination), I am sure someone can give you a Life Gain on Hit. It isn't really rare.
