Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline?

Simple question: Is this possible? I've rerolled my flask far too many times and I've yet to see it pop up, would like to know whether it's even possible.

Those are awesome.
BUT... does anyone have one with Extra Charges and Reduced Charge Usage? If I was gonna blow fifty rerolls on something, it would be to get that. | |

can't roll it on the flask you get from the quest on normal tho, either find one on random or get it from cruel or merciless. | |
