Yup, no idea what's going on, but happened to me few times too. I've just lost whole drop from twinned boss at Dry Top - inventory was full, go back to ho and wasn't able to get back to map :( Any solution from GGG?

Had same issue. Any advices?

I am getting "an unexpected disconnection occurred" and POE exits while I am playing the game and it happens within 1-3 min. of gameplay.

It gets out of the game and takes me to the login screen.

I also observed that the game doesn't store the items I picked and even the experience gained during last few min. gets lost when this error shows up.

My game was working just fine, but after ascendency patch (2.2.0 hotfix OR 2.2.0b OR 2.2.c), I started seeing this error.

I have tried to play in different areas, but I still get booted out of the game, so it is not area specific.

Since last night, I have seen this error 10-15 times, so it is repeatable.

Another observation: There is no active instance to the map after the crash i.e. if I ctrl + click on the waypoint, I don't see the old instance active to the area, where the game crashed just a minute ago. Most likely some server side issue, if it was my computer/corrupt settings, then after logging back into the game less than a min. later, the server side game should have saved an instance to the ctrl+click option.

I have even restarted my computer few times, hoping it might resolve the issue.

Same boat. Started playing again a few days ago and it's been pretty consistent with the disconnects every 30-hour. Today it's spiked the worse yet, giving me maybe 5 minutes of really choppy gameplay. I've noticed that it gets worse the further along my character progresses (made a new character, each act gets progressively more laggy).

Really started to get into the game, but I'm not gonna sink any money into something I can't connect to.

I have the same trouble as @breech4u and @Dyros. This was started yesterday and continue now. I can play only 5-6 minutes and after that disconnect. Looks like my connection is fine, and trouble in somewhere else. Please, help me fix it. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. It started like 6 hours ago. Firstly the game kicked me, because I was performing "too many actions". Then every 2-3 minutes I have unexpected disconnections. I used other gateways, I reinstalled the game (just left content.ggpk). I deleted poe's folder in my documents. I use wine so I cleared all the prefix and made it again, I tried PlayOnLinux. All the time I was playing with wine and never had issues like that. I'm pretty sure my internet connection is still the same. I understand you don't support linux but deal is probably not about linux. Before that I also had some problems with teleporting into zones (green massages that something is wrong with connection). I see lots of people have these errors and I hope you will make it work. Willing to cooperate, ask me if you need anything.

Literally unplayable. No idea what to do. :(
