I doubt GGG sees any of the money from the Garena un-ban card. It was probably a Garena system already in place that had to be included as part of the publishing deal. Paying to unban is the stupidest idea ever. It undermines the whole purpose of banning in the first place. I'm really starting to question GGG's alliance with Garena now that I know it's an actual thing. Not to mention if GGG ever took this route (which I highly doubt as it would be severely out of character for them) the forums would be non stop posts of people claiming their ban is unjustified and GGG is only trying to milk money out of them...
