" Well one of guild mates raced on the 1msc ladder and made rank 12 or 13? Correct me if I am wrong on his exact position but he won the top 20 Alt Art Demi-God skin. Also, I know many people in the guild finished 8/8, I started the 1m leagues with only 2 weeks remaining finished 1msc in 8 days, then with one week remaining said fuck it and finished 1mhc in 4 days.. Fully completing 8/8 in such a short time span I would of never been able to do without my guild UMBRA, people to talk to, suggestions how to not Rip on 1mhc, best builds to play etc.. Honestly if you just kept your opinions to yourself, joined up and checked out the guild community before all this non-sense you would of realized being in this guild makes playing POE way more fun to play with such a knowledgable community and social people to keep ya going! Never a dull moment over here, good luck finding a similar guild peace! |

i dont get why so many guilds have their own forums or require an application on a 3rd party website.. what a turnoff :/

" Process is somewhat of a countermeasure to scammers and just an extra level of security/scrutiny of potential applicants. It takes barely 1-2 minutes to complete the application and if that seems to be too much then I wouldn't bother with that person either, that would be my "turn-off." " There are some options that GGG do not give guild owners, one of which, is the ability to track member logons, otherwise a guild will just end up with no members active and dies a sad death. So what they do is have their own forums as they can track who is active, and not, so you as a member just need to log in to the forums once a week and they can see you are still active. Would help MAJORLY if GGG added a guild feature to see last logons of members. Umbra is quite an active guild compared to some who have several hundred members, but nobody active.
