Well yes, maybe Collosal Tower Shield that resembles Roman tower shields.
Maybe those Vaal Buckler bases as part of the spear + small shield style.

Yup! I'd say GGG sticks pretty close to realness. Even the armor on Scion and Witch and Ranger are very realistic in that they aren't bikinis or have giant cups built in.

Believe it or not, helmets in real life were pretty stupid looking.
Maybe Spears will come in 1.1... let's hope.

Titan Quest has the most realistic item looks, no buckets, no doors bullshit

That would be nice, but if they make 1 handed spears also... I've never understood the concept of 2 handed spears
