RNG isn't. The deity Ranumgen paints elaborate tableaus with various hues of chaos. He neither needs nor desires mortal praises. Offering him prayers or praise is futile. Your character is a piece of used toilet paper to Ranumgen. He will use your chracter as he sees fit. You may receive more or less of his "droppings" and you can even increase the chance that you get some good $H!t, but to Ranumgen, that is all it ever is- his exceess waste.
