why the price of Tabula Rasa skyrocketed?

I don't know what the real reason but I think almost every summoner has Tabula rasa.

Tabula Rasa, Dream Fragments, uniques with little to no variability between them, along with some real usefulness, are easier to flip than anything else.

What happens is a game of chicken between flippers and honest to goodness buyers. The flipper will buy one for 2 exalt, then sell it for 3. But before long people expect to sell it for 3 because they saw the flipper advertising it for more than he himself paid.

It has little to do with exalt rates it's just people flipping one of the two easiest items in the game to make a quick profit off of.

Had to buy one to test it out on my phys wander. In the meantime, a friend of mine had bought one for his specthrow. After that, lots of ppl, including me, that didnt had a tabula, felt the need to keep one, to test things out.
Again, why now ? Phys proj support fits in too many builds, thats why. Its not niche, its mainstream.

Testing +49% more physical damage, +10% increased damage and 10% reduced attack speed? Lol, you can do this with a calculator!

Its faster with tabula. And when ur allready 6l, u need to mass swap gem to see how things behave. And how mana goes.
Exemple : me.
Elem hit / power syphon / lmp / gmp / faster attac / incr crit mult / wep elem dmg / incr phys proj / chain / powercharge on crit / incr crit chance / all added elem
No way i can test all that easily. Wont chrome my chest for each try. Have to check manawise how it goes, how life leach on gear work with different gem. Not to mention dps.
There is no cheaper and easyer way than tabula. Gl with ur calculator :) it sure help to do the math, but this is not excel, its poe.. U need to actually SEE how it goes..

Edit : nemesis here. Tabula is not that expensive atm, but did bumped.
