A EU server would be great. Getting 130-170 latency thus far.

" The signal from your location has to go through whole AU before it's packed into Pacific Fiber. If People from Sydney area have around 200ms latency, you lose approx. 100ms to get there. If that's possible, check ping for other Internet Providers in Perth. Perhaps you'll find something faster. I think that 100ms should be possible to reduce at least by half. i play in ASIA... its sad its not playable here :(
toooo lag. i couldn't event click the options screen, i have minimize then restore the window before the gui re-render to option screen i click. i have played on other NA/Western MMO before but i never experience this much lag :( |

" That doesn't sound like a connection issue. I encourage you to test your connection latency by pinging the PoE servers as was described in this thread or use 'F1' while playing to bring up the game statistics overlay. Forum Sheriff

250+ms is really hard to play on and it shows
Playing Diablo 3 gives me 160ms along with DOTA 2, World of Warcraft and similar. I don't have a problem with how high the latency is as I get high latency to Final Fantasy 11 as well, but it doesnt SHOW. The netcode in this game shows it unfortunately. Any update on those Oceanic Servers? |
