having nz servers for a game would be epic, hope it happens being as the devs are in NZ

I'm actually surprised they based them out of NA. I figured they would run them closer to home as well. But if it's working for them, can't really complain.

I'm hoping there will be servers closer to Australia... I'm not really happy with my latency, but then again Australia usually gets shafted when it comes to online games.

Does anyone have a higher latency than that? This is from Perth, Australia. I have ADSL2+ 24MB broadband.

It takes me 6 times longer to pick up an item than blu9987 (~50ms compared to ~300ms).

Still love this game and will continue to play regardless.

That is a VERY good ping, where do you live?

I'm getting 178ms, and this is measured in the middle of the night, so it will be even worse during the day. I fear this won't be optimal for smooth gameplay, we definitely need a european server.

an EU server would be good if there's demand for it. stick it somewhere central like germany :)
