best way to hunt Albino Rhoa Feather ?

can always try to buy them for 2 chaos each from noobs. Its not like they will ever need it and the +10 to RNG rolls is definitely worth the investment.

My first nemesis charachter got 2 chaos, 2 regrets, and a few fuses in the first 40 levels. I invested all I had in a rhoa feather, and Immediately started getting currency. I had repaid my investment double within the hour.

Fish for them. If an Albino Rhoa dies near a stream, the feathers can often come off and end up in the water, even if it died of natural causes before you even entered the instance.
