Fair on not Fair?

I am banned on my account and after 3day's i am unbaned ( say's system was wrong ) then i send massage to GGG is it alowed use macro since som top playeds using it and after 2-3 hours after that quesions this is result:

Let me make this clear: I NEVER USED MACRO I JUST ASKED IS IT ALLOWED!

My advice is guys just donate tons of money and you will be able to use whatever you want and you wont be banned ( unfortuntly i culd not afford more then 20$ for extra tabs )

I asked if they culd take a look threw my account again cos there is no chance they detect somthing i am not use anything and i get that massage what basicy say's make new account and stfo....
i am honesly disipointed in the system and im honesly dont understand is that ban was realy needed, im mean i just not see point of it.... i heard from som people on my stream how they get banned for no rison and i was like WTF why wuld somone ban you for no rison stop lie.... i want apologizes to those people. i was wrong

Hmm I thought some macros were fine as long as they didn't perform multiple actions at once or be used on a timer.

Trade spam macro is not allowed.

Dude, you really need to discuss this with GGG via Customer Support.

If they have made a mistake, I'm sure they will be reasonable however, as is often the case, you may be missing some context in your post.

You need to talk to them directly.

However, they said your account was closed for using third party tools. They didn't specifically mention macros, and for all we know, you may have used something entirely different. You may not have done that (we here simply don't know), just pointing out that the macro mention could be seen as a strawman.

i asked on private massage directly to support somthing like this:
hey i saw som streamers use macro: 1click and they list all for sale that wuld save me alot time since many time game put me back on sime trade chat.... is allowed to use macro cos that wuld help me alot and save my time

i get answer like this (cant vote im banned )

Thank you for question, let make this straight: there is not 3th party program what is "allowed"
3th party programs are not allowed by path of exile terms of use and that wuld resullting with ban

i will probaby be banned with this account when im get back and som admin will probably delete this post but i felt like i need type it to tip everyone and to people see whats going on
i will talk on my stream today about this and then i will probably return streaming world of tanks

No, money has nothing to do with you getting banned or not.
